The National Assembly's Legislation and Judiciary Committee issued an accompanying order when prosecutor Kim Young-chul, who was adopted as a witness for the parliamentary audit, did not appear in connection with the allegation that he had taught perjury to Jang Si-ho.

Chung Chung-rae, chairman of the Judiciary Committee, held a general meeting and voted on whether to issue an accompanying order, saying that prosecutor Kim refused to attend because it was an issue under investigation.

The ruling party lawmakers protested, saying they were trying to ask questions to shame prosecutor Kim even though the investigation had already been conducted sufficiently during the impeachment hearing, but the opposition party, which has a numerical advantage, alone voted to issue an accompanying order.

The Judiciary Committee decided to request additional attendance for Jang Si-ho, Roh So-young, director of the art center, the eldest daughter of the late former President Roh Tae-woo, and his son Roh Jae-heon, director of the East Asian Culture Center.
