KCC to maintain suspension of executive appointment of visiting board members as "re-appeal policy"

The Korea Communications Commission immediately announced a re-appeal against the Seoul High Court's decision to suspend the appointment of directors of the Korea Broadcasting Culture Promotion Association.

Immediately after the decision to dismiss the appeal today (1st), the Korea Communications Commission announced that it would immediately re-appeal and be judged by the Supreme Court.

The KCC emphasized that it will actively respond to the lawsuit and clarify that the government has voted to appoint a director of public broadcasting in accordance with laws and principles.

Earlier in August, the Seoul Administrative Court decided to suspend the appointment of new directors of the visiting team, which was decided by the Korea Communications Commission's "two-person system," until the results of the main bill are released.
