North Korea has created and adopted a new e-commerce law in line with the trend of spreading e-commerce, the Korean Central News Agency reported.
According to the news agency, the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly held a meeting of commerce and adopted the Electronic Commerce Act, with the aim of realizing the informatization and scientificization of commerce by establishing and using systems and order in the establishment and use of the electronic commerce system.
In North Korea, as the spread of computers and mobile phones increases, e-commerce activities are reportedly increasing, with online shopping malls "All Things" gaining popularity.
