National Security Office chief Shin Won-sik and Lithuanian national security adviser Kestutis Budris have agreed to work together to stop illegal military cooperation between Russia and North Korea.
During today's meeting, Shin and Budris agreed to work closely with the two countries, the Korea-EU, and South Korea-NATO so that a firm message from the international community can be sent to stop military cooperation between Russia and North Korea.
During the Vilnius NATO summit in July last year, Shin said exchanges between the two countries were activated after Yoon Suk Yeol's first visit to Lithuania, and he hoped to further develop relations.
In response, aide Budris replied that Lithuania is also very interested in strengthening bilateral relations and hopes to strengthen cooperation in various areas such as security and defense.
