Progressive and conservative groups will hold large-scale rallies in Gwanghwamun and City Hall in Seoul today (30th) to denounce or support the government, respectively.
From 5:30 p.m., civic groups such as "Emergency Action for the Right to Reject" will hold a rally in front of Gyeongbokgung Palace to demand the resignation of the Yoon Suk Yeol regime and the independent counsel of Kim Gun-hee.
At 1 p.m., a conservative group, the National Security Civic Association, will hold a rally to support the government and condemn the Democratic Party at Donghwa Duty Free near Gwanghwamun.
The police will operate variable lanes around the assembly site, and some roads will be closed to traffic before detouring vehicles.
In addition, about 140 traffic police will be deployed around the assembly site to manage traffic and guide the operation of wide-area buses.
