Acting Constitutional Court Chief "The more confusing it is, the more the constitution should work."

Regarding the emergency martial law situation, the acting head of the Constitutional Court stressed that the more chaotic the situation, the more important it is for the constitution to work.

Acting Constitutional Court Chief Justice Moon Hyung-bae met with reporters on his way to work today (4th) and said, "We will respond carefully and agilely to emergency situations."

However, he declined to say whether the Constitutional Court would meet on whether the declaration of martial law was unconstitutional or not, and did not answer questions about the controversy over the unconstitutionality of the martial law declaration.
