Kim Kwan-young "Making a country with misjudgment...Big stain on history"

North Jeolla Province Governor Kim Kwan-young posted a message on his SNS this morning (4th) about President Yoon Suk Yeol's declaration of emergency martial law, criticizing him, "I was so miserable and angry, I was ashamed of the young people."

He then said, "How can you make a country like this with just one misjudgment when it's a democracy that has been protected and how did you make Korea?" and added, "It left a huge stain on the history of the Republic of Korea."

Governor Kim also added, "As governor, I will focus on protecting the lives and property of the residents and restoring daily life."
