Representative Cho Kuk's 'admission corruption and inspection of the entrance examination' case, which heated up the Republic of Korea.

It took five years from prosecution to Supreme Court judgment, but it took less than a minute to read the last order. The justices, who left the court immediately after saying

{All appeals are dismissed', maintained the judgment of the appellate court, which found most guilty of the charges. The head of the

group was found guilty of suspending the inspection of the special inspection team when he was the senior presidential secretary for civil affairs at the Blue House, as well as allegations that he participated in the corruption of his children's entrance examination.

However, most of the charges related to private equity funds that were filed together were concluded to be innocent.

After the sentence, CEO Cho said he humbly accepted the Supreme Court's sentence.

[Representative of Cho Kuk / Cho Kuk Innovation Party: I will do my duty as a citizen who follows the law and principles. I'm going to pause for a moment. However, this by no means means a retreat from the Cho Kuk Innovation Party.

CEO Cho, who was tried without detention, will soon serve as a prisoner as he was sentenced to two years in prison.

The prosecution notified CEO Cho to appear by today (13th) for imprisonment, but CEO Cho reportedly expressed his intention to postpone his attendance.

According to the guidelines, the schedule can be postponed until about three days, so CEO Cho is likely to be given time until next week.

Representative Cho, who lost his parliamentary seat due to the ruling, will not be able to run in the election for the next five years.

As a result, it has become virtually impossible to run for the next presidential election.
