"I'm going to die after listening to the recording"...Sunwoo Eunsook is angry at Yoo Youngjae for sexual harassment of her own sister.

Actor Sunwoo Eun-sook appeared as a witness at the trial of her ex-husband Yoo Young-jae, who was accused of sexually harassing her biological sister.

Today (17th) afternoon, the Suwon District Court's Seongnam Branch Criminal Division 1 (Chief Judge Heo Yong-gu) held the third trial of Yoo Young-jae, who was indicted without detention on charges of violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes.

According to a media outlet on the day, Sunwoo Eun-sook attended as a witness for her sister A, who claimed to have been forcibly molested by Yoo Young-jae, and said, "I have heard the damage from my sister."

He said, "I submitted an agreement divorce document and thought about dropping it because I wanted to live well again, and then my sister told me the recording. There was also a content that said, "Eun-sook shouldn't know." I was so shocked when I heard it, and I was in shock and confusion," he said.

Yoo Young-jae is accused of forced harassment, such as contacting A's body five times between March and October last year. Yoo Young-jae denied all charges at the prosecution stage following a police investigation, but the prosecution indicted Yoo Young-jae on October 18 as it believed he was suspected.

A filed a complaint in April complaining of sexual harassment damage and submitted related data to the police, saying, "I have a record that can be proven."

In response, Sunwoo Eun-sook said, "At that time, my sister was treated for panic disorder due to forced harassment, and she lost 6kg due to stress," adding, "I introduced a lawyer I knew to my sister who wanted to take legal steps."

The second hearing was held on the 10th. A, who was a witness, testified, "I lived with (Yoo Young-jae) since October 4, 2022, and since then, I have been sexually harassed several times."

"The reason I couldn't tell my younger brother about the damage was because there were so many scandals when he got divorced for the first time, and I saw him live alone for 18 years. He said to me a lot, "Yoo Young-jae is a man from God."

He also said, "I thought my younger brother would be shocked if I told him. So I said, 'Just cover it up and I'll take care of it. I'm the only one who needs to die. Then I thought 'because no one knows'. That's why I couldn't tell you," he said.

In April, Yoo Young-jae complained on his YouTube radio broadcast, "I put a frame on Yoo Young-jae that doesn't break even if he dies, a sexual harassment like a punishment that won't be erased," and said, "If I die like this, the dirty sexual harassment will end up being true, so I ended up in a legal fight."

Sunwoo Eun-sook and Yoo Young-jae registered their marriage in October 2022 but divorced in April of this year. Sunwoo Eun-sook also filed a lawsuit to cancel the marriage, saying she learned of Yoo Young-jae's alleged third marriage and forced harassment against her sister.

Yoo Young-jae's next trial date was scheduled for the afternoon of the 24th.
