Ulsan SK Energy Plant Fire...Evolve in 2 hours.

At around 7:40 p.m. today (20th), a fire broke out at the oil decomposition facility of SK Energy's Ulsan plant inside the petrochemical complex in Nam-gu, Ulsan.

No one was injured because there were no workers at the site.
