The Korea Meteorological Administration said that at around 9 a.m. today, the weather in Muan was mostly clear with only a few clouds, with light winds of 1km per second and temperatures of 1.5 degrees Celsius.

Overnight, the Muan area will be somewhat cloudy, and the wind is expected to bring the wind down to around minus 2 degrees Celsius.
