Constitutional Court Sends Data Request to National Assembly Request to "Secure CCTV by Election Commission"

The Constitutional Court has asked the National Election Commission to send data on the impeachment trial of President Yoon Suk Yeol.

Yesterday (30th), the Constitutional Court sent a request to send a copy of the record certification to the chairman of the National Election Commission.

Earlier, the National Assembly applied to the Constitutional Court to secure CCTV data from the NEC on December 3, the day of martial law, but the Constitutional Court adopted some of the National Assembly's applications.

The specific targets requested by the Constitutional Court to be sent will be addressed in detail at the second hearing of President Yoon's impeachment trial, which will be held on the 3rd of next month.
