The Cho Kuk Innovation Party submitted a petition to the Ministry of Justice demanding that the people's power be adjudicated on the dissolution of the unconstitutional party.

According to Article 8 of the Constitution, when the purpose or activity of a political party violates the democratic basic order, the government can file a complaint with the Constitutional Court for dissolution.
