The ruling party accuses Choo Mi-ae, Park Sun-won, and Noh Jong-myeon of defamation of false information.

The People's Power said it will file a complaint with the police against Choo Mi-ae, Park Sun-won, and Roh Jong-myeon of the Democratic Party of Korea on charges of defamation based on false facts.

Joo Jin-woo, chairman of the party's legal advisory committee, said in a media announcement that Choo mentioned a report on the "bullet firing order" by the head of the security service during the execution of the presidential warrant, and claimed that it was a clear dissemination of false information because there was no order to fire horror bullets or live bullets.

He then refuted Park's remarks that the security service convened all employees every day and sought to secure a spray truck, but the police did not respond, saying it was a normal activity that had nothing to do with the execution of the warrant, such as being deployed to prepare for terrorism or fire.

He also pointed out that Roh's claim that former floor leader Choo Kyung-ho may have known in advance about the plot to participate in the martial law pre-mocking dinner is also a clear false fact.

Rep. Joo stressed that he will sternly respond to the spread of false facts "or not" without going through the verification of the facts of indiscriminate unidentified reports.
