Constitutional Court "Received the Second Arrest Warrant Authority Disposition Case"

The Constitutional Court said yesterday that it had received a power dispute trial and a suspension of the validity of the second arrest warrant filed by Yoon Suk Yeol's side.

He also explained that the power dispute trial and provisional disposition case for the first arrest warrant are still being heard.

When asked if he would discuss the presidential attendance with the security service ahead of his first formal hearing next Tuesday, he said the security detail was under internal discussion and that it was not at the stage to disclose it.

At the same time, regarding President Yoon's position that the hearing on the impeachment case is too fast, President Yoon said that the first hearing date was set 31 days after the case was filed, and that it is difficult to say that the proceedings are unusually fast.

At the same time, former Presidents Roh Moo-hyun and Park Geun-hye explained that the first hearing date was set 18 and 25 days after the case was filed, respectively.
