Anseong City donated 660 million won to love its hometown last year...the largest number in the province

Anseong City announced that last year's hometown love donation system was KRW 668.79 million, up 176% from the previous year.

He added that this fundraising is the largest among 31 cities and counties in the province.

There are 6,264 donors, and the average donation per person is 106,768 won.

Donors with a full tax credit of 100,000 won or less accounted for 91.8% of the total donation, and donations from donors with more than 1 million won accounted for a large proportion of 6.6%.The city of

conducted strategic fundraising activities after judging that the hometown love donation system could serve as an opportunity to promote the region as well as secure financial resources necessary for the city's development.

We encouraged donations through close cooperation with NH Nonghyup Bank, introduction of the first private platform (Wigib) in Gyeonggi-do, promotion of special events related to return products every month, and selection and promotion of designated donation projects.

Anseong Mayor Kim Bo-ra said, "We plan to closely analyze last year's fundraising performance and conduct various programs to revitalize the hometown love donation system," adding, "We will make sure that our love for Anseong and sincerity can be effectively used for the development and happiness of Anseong."
