A driver of a vehicle who was driving backwards drunk on a road passing by Vice President Kamala Harris' motorcade was arrested.
CNN reported on the night of the 21st that Wayne Wacker, who was driving backwards on the first-lane highway in Milwaukee 94, was arrested on charges of drunk driving.
According to the police report, a beer can was found open in the SUV that drove backwards at the time, and the driver failed to pass the on-site sobriety test.
