North Korea's Foreign Minister Choi Sun-hee, who is visiting Russia, said that the strategic value of the bilateral relationship, along with the close camaraderie of the two leaders, has become more important in the recent harsh situation.
North Korea's Korean Central News Agency reported that Foreign Minister Choi made the speech at the unveiling ceremony of Kim Il-sung's first official visit to the Soviet Union at the Yaroslavsky railway station in Moscow on the 1st local time.
Choi also said that "Russian troops and people who have shaken off the fight for justice to establish a new international order will surely achieve victory under Putin's wise leadership."
Foreign Minister Choi, who has been visiting Russia since the 29th of last month, continues to show off the close relationship between the two countries by holding foreign ministers' talks between North Korea and Russia.
