People are lined up long to catch the water falling from the elephant statues.

It was believed that this water was the 'holy holy water' from the feet of Krishna, the eighth incarnation of Vishnu, the Hindu god.

However, the shocking identity of this 'Seongsu' has recently been revealed.

It was condensate from the air conditioner, and the temple issued an explanation to the congregation not to drink this water.

Experts warned that air conditioners contain bacteria and fungi that can cause health problems.
