What has the situation been like since you arrived at the National Assembly?

I arrived at the main gate of the National Assembly just after 11:30 p.m.

When I arrived, there were already hundreds of people in front of the main gate of the National Assembly.

People all protested loudly in front of the main gate, calling for martial law to be lifted, and the protests continued.

At the main gate, there were frequent disturbances between the police blocking access and the citizens asking to let them in.

Also, about 10 minutes after we arrived, several helicopters were seen flying over the National Assembly.

I went around the National Assembly for about two rounds, and the security police surrounded the wall closely and tightly controlled the access.At every entrance of the National Assembly, as well as at the

gate, it was easy to see not only parliamentary staff but also citizens protesting to the police to let them in.

Yes, I entered the National Assembly compound and am in front of the main building now.

The back door of the main building, so to the third door of the main building, was barricaded with various objects such as desks in front of the window.
National Assembly aides appeared to have prepared to prevent martial law troops from entering the country.

Currently, there are many people in front of the main building. Likewise, access is restricted and barricaded with objects such as desks.

But martial law forces are not in sight right now.

Opposition lawmakers continue to speak, continuing their criticism of the president's declaration of emergency martial law.

A resolution calling for the lifting of the emergency martial law passed the National Assembly, but tensions remain.
