Yesan Stork Park is closed...Influence of avian influenza within a radius of 10 km

Yesan-gun, South Chungcheong Province, said it has completely closed its stork park and banned tourists from entering the area due to a highly pathogenic avian influenza (AI) outbreak in nearby Cheongyang-gun.The farm where

highly pathogenic AI occurred is close to Stork Park and a 10km radius, and the complete closure has been decided in accordance with the quarantine policy to protect natural monument storks.

The county added that it will focus on quarantine during the closure of Stork Park and inspect internal facilities such as ecological playgrounds and infant forest experience centers.
