Suwon FC manager Kim Eun-joong, who ranked fifth in the K League in his debut season, has decided to stay on the team after overcoming rumors of a breakup.
Suwon FC shared a photo of head coach Kim and general manager Choi Soon-ho shaking hands, and announced that they would continue to accompany each other until 2026.
Coach Kim Eun-joong, who led Korea to the semifinals at the 20-year-old World Cup, took the helm of Suwon FC in December last year, succeeded in advancing to Final A despite various unfavorable factors and finished the season in fifth place.
Coach Kim Eun-joong said he decided to keep the fans' support and players in mind, and said he would do his best for the club's harmony and success.
