Building a 6,000-generation 'mini new town-class' complex in Hannam District 3

A mini new city apartment complex with about 6,000 households will be built in Hannam-dong, Seoul.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that the Urban Renewal Committee approved a revised plan to promote reorganization, which calls for raising the area for use in Hannam District 3.

Hannam District 3 is the largest redevelopment site in Seoul, and according to the revision of the change, 5,988 households in 127 buildings with seven basement floors and 22 floors above the ground will be built.

Of these, 1,100 households are provided as public housing, and two large-scale parking lots are built to solve the parking shortage in the nearby Itaewon shopping district.
