North Korean leader Kim Jong-un sent a congratulatory message to Chinese President Xi Jinping to mark the 75th anniversary of China's National Day, North Korea's Korean Central News Agency said.
In his congratulatory speech, Chairman Kim said he believes that the friendly cooperative relationship between North Korea and China will be further strengthened and developed to meet the needs of the new era and the goals and aspirations of the people of the two countries.
He also stressed that China's national power and international authority, which have actively promoted socialist construction over the past 75 years, are strengthening day by day, and that he is confident that he will realize his second hundred-year struggle.
At the same time, he added that it is the consistent position of the North Korean Workers' Party and the government to constantly solidify and develop the traditional North Korea-China friendship.
Chairman of the states Affairs Commission Kim has sent a Chinese National Day celebration to President Xi on October 1 every year, and this celebration is similar to last year's contents.
