The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency said tomorrow (23rd) that some roads in the downtown area are blocked due to a rally hosted by "emergency action for veto rights."
The organizers will set up a stage in the morning on Sejong-daero and Sajik-ro, then hold a large-scale rally in the afternoon, and after the rally, they will march using Namdaemun-ro and Toegye-ro.
Police plan to manage traffic by communicating vehicles with variable lanes and deploying 170 police officers near rallies and marches.
Detailed traffic conditions can be found through the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's traffic information information call (02-700-5000), the traffic information center website (www.spatic.go.kr ), and KakaoTalk (traffic information center navigation).
