Today (29th), the government held a regulatory innovation strategy meeting presided over by Prime Minister Han Deok-soo at the Daedeok R&D Special Zone in Daejeon and confirmed 147 land use regulations.
Accordingly, in order to expand the start-up and research space, the construction rate and floor area ratio of natural green areas in the five metropolitan R&D zones will be raised to up to 40% and 200%, respectively.
In addition, when installing an electric vehicle charging station on the green belt, the preservation charge will be exempted to relieve the inconvenience of the residents.
