Police Jikhyup "Jo Ji-ho turns police into a 'regime tool'...We need to investigate thoroughly".

The National Police Workplace Council held a press conference in front of the National Police Agency in Migeun-dong, Seoul today (14th) and urged the police investigating the emergency martial law situation to thoroughly investigate those involved in the insurrection.

They strongly criticized the arrested police chief, Jo Ji-ho, for turning the entire police organization into a tool of government and abandoning responsibility and ethics as the head of the police.

He emphasized that the investigation should reveal the truth and bring all those responsible to justice, and that the incident should be the first step in restoring trust in the police organization.
