Lee Jae-myung's 'perjury teacher' appeals trial, allotment of the Seoul High Court Criminal Division 3

The appeals court has been decided in the case of Lee Jae-myung, the leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, perjury teacher.

The Seoul High Court today (16th) allocated CEO Lee's perjury teacher charge to Criminal Division 3.

The Seoul High Court's Criminal Department 3 is a court in charge of corruption cases, and sentenced former lawmaker Yoon Kwan-seok, who was handed over to trial for his involvement in the alleged money envelope at the Democratic National Convention, to two years in prison as in the first trial.

As the court has been set, the appeal hearing is expected to begin soon.
