Comedy YouTuber Eom Eun-hyang, who has 510,000 subscribers, said she was threatened with a complaint after parodying singer Lim Young-woong's "What" remark.

On the 19th, Um Eun-hyang wrote on her SNS, "What is this, is this a forbidden word? "You can't even speak out," he said. "Or who patented this? So that only 'specific people' can be used?"

"Where can I live because I'm scared?" They threaten to sue censorship that the state does not. That's how 'what' became a dead language in 2024."

On the 18th, Um Eun-hyang posted a picture of herself preparing for a Lunar New Year on her SNS and said, "But isn't it too early? Others sing Christmas carols, adding, "What, am I a singer, to my voice?" and parroting Lim Young-woong's controversy over "What?"

When some Lim Young-woong fans pointed out this, Um Eun-hyang responded directly.

Lim Young-woong posted a happy birthday message on his SNS on the 7th, ahead of the vote on President Yoon's impeachment. After seeing this, A, a netizen, sent a direct message (DM) saying, "What are you doing at this time of the year?" Lim Young-woong replied, "What?"

Mr. A said, "The whole nation is gathered over the impeachment of the president, who has been declared unconstitutional, and I don't even want to speak out, but I'm really insensitive. Isn't the age group that experienced martial law earlier your main consumer group?" Then Lim Young-woong said, "Am I a politician? Why are you speaking out?" he reportedly responded. Since then, the conversation has spread online, and Internet users have argued.

As Lim Young-woong and his agency (Fish Company) have remained silent on the controversy without expressing any position, the authenticity of whether Lim Young-woong really replied, "What?" and "Why are you speaking up?" has not yet been officially confirmed.
