Yeo In-hyeong even tries to put 'secretary presidential security forces' into the National Assembly.

Prosecutors have found circumstantial evidence that Yeo In-hyeong, the commander of the armed forces, even tried to deploy presidential security forces to block the National Assembly.

The special investigation headquarters of the prosecution's emergency martial law called in Jeong Seong-woo, the first chief of the counterintelligence agency, on the 11th and 13th, and secured a statement to the effect that "he was asked twice by the commander to move Unit 868 to the National Assembly, but all of them were rejected."

Specifically, at around 11:55 p.m. on the 3rd, Commander Yeo called and asked to "move the 868 agents to the National Assembly," but refused, and seven minutes later, the same request came, but he refused again.

Commander Yeo is accused of sending counterintelligence troops and agents to the National Assembly and the Central Election Commission under the direction of former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun during martial law, and attempting to arrest key figures such as politicians.

The Central Military Court will conduct an interrogation of the suspect before the arrest of Commander Yeo from 3:30 p.m. tomorrow (14th).
