Bottle Gourd-shaped Rice Cake & Perilla soup

[INGREDIENTS]

Perilla Powder, Anchovy, Enoki Mushroom, Bottle Gourd-shaped Rice Cake

1. Cut
Enoki Mushrooms

2. Stir-fry
Anchovies

TIP: Stir-fry the anchovies over low heat.
TIP: Stir-fry the anchovies without oil to remove the fishy smell.

3. Boil
Water, Kelp, Anchovies, White Radish, Spring Onions, Garlic, Onion, Red Pepper Seeds, Soy Sauce, Perilla Powder, Enoki Mushrooms, Bottle Gourd-shaped Rice Cakes

TIP: Boil the soy sauce for a more savory soup.
TIP: Scoop up and discard the foam when it rises to the top of the pot, and take out the kelp as well.
TIP: Remove all the solid ingredients from the pot and boil the broth further.


[RECIPE]

1. Make the broth with kelp, anchovies, white radish, spring onions, garlic, onion, red pepper seeds and soy sauce.

2. Put in Enoki mushrooms, bottle gourd-shaped rice cakes and perilla powder, and then boil them.
